The self-paced API Camp course remains free. The separate Library Lab Project Pack is a one-time digital download; paid cohort enrollment remains closed.

Project Pack requests

Contact Payment support is not configured; checkout is disabled if you were charged twice, cannot receive the verified download, or believe the delivered files materially differ from the offer. Include only the charge date, amount, currency, email used at checkout, and a non-sensitive Checkout Session reference. Do not send card details. Valid requests are reviewed under applicable consumer law and this policy version: Not active.

The payment support channel is not configured, and checkout remains disabled. Do not send card details or payment evidence to an unverified address. A monitored request process and active refund-policy version must be published before paid operations begin.

Future paid pilot

Before a paid pilot opens, the checkout and public offer must publish a counsel-reviewed cancellation and refund policy covering provider cancellation, learner cancellation, duplicate charges, material schedule changes, technical failure, missed sessions, removal for conduct, request method, response time, processing timeline, and return to the original payment method.

Do not send card details. Contact Privacy contact is being finalized; no API Camp form collection is enabled in this static release. with only the provider name, charge date, amount, currency, and a non-sensitive transaction reference.

Consumer rights
